In the process of production, the cottonseed shell of Sichuan is generally about 10% water content, 91.77% dry matter, 5.34% crude protein, 4.73% crude fat, 43, 56% crude fiber, no nitrogen extract 35.73%, ash 2.41%, calcium 0.32%, total phosphorus 0.12%, carbon to nitrogen ratio of 23:1. The nutritional value is high, but the content of gossypol exceeds the standard seriously.
